Assessment Process

 

A few simple steps and your on your way!

  1. Gather the employee roster

    • Template in resource library below

    • Not all fields are required but the more data provided the more robust and specific the results will be

  2. Timing

    • Launch and close dates finalized

    • Assessment window open for 1-2 weeks

  3. IT WHITELIST (optional, but avoids spam and firewall issues)

    • whitelist email: workexperience@alignwx.com

    • whitelist IP Address: 147.253.223.167

  4. Internal Communication

    • Communication templates provided by Align. See resource library below

    • Sent by client leadership

    • Lets employees know what to expect

    • Send a few days / week prior to launch

  5. Launch!

    • Align sends emails to all employees included on roster

    • Each email has a unique link to the individual’s WXA

  6. Reminders & Updates

  7. Dashboard & Analysis

    • Executive summary meeting scheduled and data presented

    • Align Dashboard access given to client leadership & stakeholders

WX ASSESSMENT ROSTER

The roster template and instructions document given to clients in order to collect and onboard teams to the WX Assessment.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS TEMPLATE

Language provided to clients to prepare their teams internally for the assessment process.

WX ASSESSMENT EXEC SUMMARY EXAMPLE

When the assessment is complete, Hopewell’s team can create an executive summary of the insights for clients.
